Breast Enlargement Doctors

By Eric Morris Given the premium that society places on having the adequate breast size, most women who have “less than the ideal” breast sizes often feel insecure and would want to take some steps that can help them achieve a fuller breast size. One of the options that women can take is surgery, which has become one of the most common “interventions” that have been employed to augment the breast size of women. However, given the nature of the procedure, women need to be aware not only of what the surgery can do for them but they also need to be aware of a number of things, which include the risk factors and on what options they can take if something goes wrong. The best source of this information is a physician, who can explain everything a woman needs to know before going under the knife for breast enlargement surgery. Questions to ask your doctor about breast enlargement One of the most important things that a woman who is considering undergoing breast augmentation surgery can do is to go on frequent consultations with her doctor because this can provide her with very important information. During these consultations, a woman should relay any questions or apprehensions she may have, which can help her make the right decisions. Among these questions, one of the most important is to ask about the risk factors involved in the procedure because this can help a woman weigh the pros and cons of having the procedure done. Another very important question is to ask about the type of results that she can expect, as this would help set the right set of expectations with regard to the results of the procedure. In addition to these, a woman should also ask about the total cost of having the procedure done, which should include other costs apart from the cost of the surgery. More importantly, women should also talk and ask about the emotional aspect of having the procedure done, as this can be very helpful in making a woman prepare herself for the effects of the procedure, which include being treated differently by people. Undergoing breast augmentation surgery is one of the most popular and common options that women take to help them achieve a fuller breast size. However, this does not mean that women should take the decision of having their breasts done lightly, as they need to be aware of a number of important things, which include the risks involved in the surgery. The good news is that doctors are more than willing to provide very helpful information, which can make the decision of getting breast implants an intelligent one. Creating a Brighter Future

By Paul Housego Since cave men walked this earth, we have continued to find ways to light up our surrounds. Cavemen used fires for comfort and to ward off predatory animals. Today we use light for many purposes, from making our streets safe to walk and drive at night, to underground coal miners using lights in their helmets so they can navigate safely 200 feet below the earths surface. Light has also been used to attract and lure annoying insects so they can be eliminated by electrocution. One new area of light, uses a rare earth material, that is non toxic, non radioactive and not flammable. This rare earth material is treated to make Glow in the dark Pigments an environmentally friendly product. Glow in the dark pigments, also known as photo luminescent pigment can be used with Acrylic and solvent based paints, resins, ceramics, glass, and many more items to numerous to mention in this article. Their uses are near infinite. Businesses can make great use of glow in the dark paint, for OH&S (Occupational Health and Safety). High rise buildings have used glow pigments to mark out escape routes in the event of fires or other dangerous situations. They are also a great choice for using in Arts and crafts projects. These glow in the dark pigments can absorb and store the energy of various light sources (sunlight, fluorescent, incandescent) and release the energy as visible light, and will continually charge and discharge as needed, over many years. There have been major advances in the quality of glow pigments in recent years. Photo luminescent pigment supersedes the older types of glow pigments that were primarily made of Zinc Sulphide and were know as Phosphorescent Powder. Glow in the Dark Pigments need about 15 minutes to fully charge, but most will discharge (illuminate) for over ten hours. When I was a child I received a small bottle of Glow in the dark ink as a Christmas present. I remember throughout my teenage years looking at night, at the letters I had painted on my bedroom door many years earlier. Normally larger glow pigments illuminate brighter and longer than smaller pigments. Green Glow in the dark pigments glow brightest and longest. Other glow pigments have various illumination strengths and times. Aqua and Blue pigments normally have good illumination characteristics. A new range of glow pigments have been released recently, that glow the same colour in both day and nighttime conditions. These pigments are named flouro Glow in the Dark pigments, because of there bright pigment colour. This avoids the need to add coloured dyes to the Pigment/Paint mix to get the desired colour. When we first look at the price of Glow in the Dark pigments, we may consider them to be expensive. This is untrue as these versatile products will charge and discharge thousands of times over many years. Another benefit of using glow pigments is they help to reduce electricity bills. This fact also makes them cost efficient. Artists, crafters, and hobbyists have found glow pigments have many uses, and are discovering new ways to incorporate them in their projects. Glow pigments have been used to make, Halloween masks, glow in the dark fingernails, and face paint, glowing Christmas decorations, Glow candles, glowing camping equipment, and glow in the dark shoes. Conclusion As you will see from this article Glow in the Dark Pigments and Paints have near infinite uses. Thousands of Artists, Crafters and Hobbyists believe Glow Pigment uses are limited only by our imagination. As we move further into the twenty first century, newer Glow in the dark pigments will be discovered, and many more uses for this valuable product will be found. Their future is bright in more than one way. Paul owns Glow Paint Industries, http://www.glowpaint.com.au an Australian e-business that sells Glow in the Dark Pigments and Paints. He is currently studying to obtain a Diploma in Business marketing. The Marketing Cycle – The Dynamic Payoff of Knowing When You Should Market

By Leslie McKerns There is a definite marketing cycle, and knowing when you should market can mean a dynamic payoff. You need to be aware of the marketing cycle in your industry, so that you can know when to market. To make the most effective use of your marketing dollar and your marketing time, block out a yearly marketing calendar based upon what your client does during certain times of the year. This marketing analysis is going to tell you what to offer and when to offer it. Then, knowing what and when, you simply select the delivery methodwill it be postcard, newsletter or some other method? Real life calendar months and events affecting the marketing cycle include: 1. November: November starts the holiday cycle, but many end of year proposals bids and contracts are signed during this period. Expect the company to be staffed but busy during this time (with the exception of the actual Turkey day). Many company parties are being planned and held, so this can actually be a good time to mix and mingle in a business sense. 2. December January 1st: The time between Christmas and New Years is earmarked for holidays. Many companies close their offices during the period of December 22nd to January 1st. Staff may be thin or non-existent, as employees travel or take time during this period. Make a list of your intended target companies and get to know their habits and policies. This will make sure that you do not waste time trying to reach a company that is closed, or spend direct mail marketing dollars sending out time sensitive materials. You would not expect to reach staff for a coaching or training session in this time period, but you may be able to reach the top business leaders who typically take less time off than they allow for their employees. Top executives often return to the office during the quiet time in order to plan for next year, and this executive is concerned about coming out strong for the New Year. Youll catch this top executive after the employees go and right before they return on January 1st. In the front end of the month, top executives are involved in end of year reviews, collection and reconciling. Face to face meetings may be difficult during this busy time. 3. January 1st: Business begins in full force for most firms. Staff meetings will be held, marketing ramps up too as proposals and projections and accountability pick up steam. This may a good time to offer those solutions-based courses, training programs, teaming and other offers. 4. February, March, April : This period may be the height of the business season for most companies seeking to expand revenues and contracts. Tax periods depend upon the type of tax and the company structure, but generally, March begins the tax season, affecting accounting and top management, who may also be juggling personal tax analysis during this period. 5. Summer can again be vacation time (depending upon your industry). This is also the time that staff relocates in time for the upcoming school season. But, if you are in construction, this may be your busiest season, particularly if you work in an area that is climate dependent. So, what this tells you, is not that you stop marketing in certain months, but that you plan and time your marketing ahead for the next cycle. You wont be training people over Christmas, but you may be able to offer programs to the senior level to offer for year-end reviews, team and staff training for January. Effective marketing means a constant flow and a minimum of seven points of contact during the year. Effective marketing programs include mailing of postcards, letters and newsletters, stay-in-touch strategies such as personal notes and sharing of articles of interest, personal visits, sharing of contacts and business opportunities (even when it only benefits them, not you), website and internet marketing tactics and strategies, and more. The Marketing Cycle involves analysisthis is so that you know you will be hitting the market at the right time. Think of their calendar and when is the best time to send items, offer programs or make contact so that your marketing efforts are welcome and productive. For a dynamic payoff to your efforts, analyze what you are offering and when to send it. Have your materials and your strategy in place. This marketing method allows you to reach the intended audience at the time when they most need your product or service. Want to know more about strategic marketing? Effective Carpet Cleaning Tip Collection

By Jodie Phillips Here’s a great selection of carpet cleaning tips straight from the notebooks of professional carpet cleaners: Carpet Cleaning Tip #1: Devise a Plan It’s a good idea to put your expensive carpeting on a cleaning schedule. Just as vacuuming alone won’t keep your carpet clean, using only the most convenient carpet cleaning processes won’t either. The best plan is a regular program of daily vacuuming, weekly dry absorbent powder cleaner, and a fairly frequent heavy-duty professional carpet cleaning to remove the deepest dirt and residue. Carpet Cleaning Tip #2: Getting Out Stains In general, blotdon’t rub–as much of the spillage up as possible, removing any solids and blotting inward toward the center of the stain. Choose one of the following cleaners to work on the stain: a clear liquid detergent (the non-transparent liquid detergents can leave extra residue), a grease and oil-cutting spot remover such as Energine, a solution of one tablespoon of ammonia to one cup of water (not for wool fibers), non-oily polish remover, club soda, or a solution of one part white vinegar to one part water. After you’ve removed the stain, rinse out the stain remover, using as little water as possible, then pack the area with white cloths or white paper towels, weigh it down with something heavy and leave it for 24 hours to dry completely. Carpet Cleaning Tip #3: Hand Washing There are times, especially when the carpet isn’t too soiled, when you might choose to hand-wash it. The proper way to hand-wash a carpet is to vacuum it twice first, then scrub professional carpet cleaner into the carpet using a brush, vacuuming thoroughly afterwards to remove all residue. To extend the life of your carpeting, put mats at all entryways to capture as much soil as possible. Always use a good-quality carpet pad under your carpeting. Periodically move the furniture. Your carpet will thank you, and you’ll enjoy it more! How to Write an English CV

By Sally Griffiths Important Points When Writing an English CV The purpose of an English CV is to sell yourself: An English CV is seenas an opportunity to sell yourself and should emphasise your skills, experiences and achievements. You should include successes and wherever possible include facts and figures to support your claims. Do NOT include information that is negative. Spelling and Grammar Check: Correct spelling and grammar are of absolute importance in an English CV. Employers will NOT tolerate any mistakes. It is very important that a native English speaker checks your CV before you send it to an English-speaking employer. CVwriting.net can provide a full spelling and grammar check and suggest any changes to the content of your CV in line with what employers expect. Do not include a photo:Most English employers do NOT like to see a photo on the CV and, in fact, including one could work against you. Only include a photo if it has been specifically requested for a particular job application. English Language skills:This is a very important aspect of your CV and your professional career. You must explain your knowledge of the English language under the Skills heading. Describe your level of knowledge as one of the following: Bilingual You can speak English as well as your mother tongue. Fluent You have a complete working knowledge of the English language, both written and speaking. Working knowledge- you have a good practical knowledge of English for professional purposes. Conversational You can converse adequately in English with good comprehension. English CV Format:Do NOTuse initials for company names or qualifications, as these could be meaningless to an English employer. Always write the words in full. Headings: 1. Profile: This is an opportunity to summarise the skills and experience you have described elsewhere in your CV. It is the first part of the CV that the employer will read. It should be only one or two paragraphs long otherwise the reader may not go on to read the rest of your CV. You should also include your career aspirations. 2. Achievements: list any special achievements from your career history or education that may make you stand out from other candidates. List no more than six. 3. Career History: This is a very important part of your CV. The most common CV format is written in reverse-chronological order. Start with your most recent employment and work backwards. List the dates between which you worked for each employer; the name of the employer, your position and the location at which you worked. Write a short description of the company and then describe your responsibilities including facts and figures as much as possible. 4. Skills: In an English CV it is necessary to list particular technical, professional or other skills separate from your career history. An English employer will not necessarily be familiar with non-English professional qualifications therefore you must explain each one. 5. Education: You must enter your highest qualification first, then where achieved, and then dates. Make sure you explain any non-English qualifications or try and put the English equivalent, e.g. Baccalaureate, French equivalent to the Higher Leaving Certificate and A levels. Do not include grades unless they are particularly impressive. 6. Personal details: It is not necessary to include all of your personal details on an English CV as your skills and experience are of paramount importance. However, you need to include your nationality and it is normal to include your Date of Birth such as: 11th November 1967. Do not put your age. 7. Interests. You do not have to include your interests on an English CV but they will help to give the employer a rounded picture of you as an individual. Signature: It is not necessary to personally sign your English CV. What Does It Really Mean When You “Pass or Fail” A Relationship Quiz?

By Brian Fong Q. It seems that no matter what magazine I am reading there is always some new relationship quiz being published. Aren’t these a bunch of baloney? A. Well, even baloney has a purpose if you’re looking for a quick sandwich. The honest answer is that it depends upon the quiz. A relationship quiz that is written by a certified relationship professional, such as a licensed marriage counsellor or a psychologist, has a better chance of providing insight to a relationship than does one that is written by a magazine writer who was told to fill 1200 words of white space with a relationship quiz. Of course, like anything else, garbage in, garbage out. What I mean is that no matter how structured or professional a relationship quiz is, the answers can be skewed by answering the questions dishonestly. So, if you’re one of those people who want to “read their partner’s mind” by having them take a relationship quiz, the chances are that the savvy partner is going to answer with whatever THEY think YOU want the answer to be. A relationship quiz works best when you take it by yourself and you answer every question honestly. It’s imperative that you keep in mind that these quizzes, and their corresponding “correct” answers, are written for a generic audience and the results may not be typical of your personal circumstances. Here’s a real honest “for example”. My wife and I are very Italian and we both have a quick “Roman” temper. When one of us lights the spark in the other one, we can go from peaceful to a full-fledged screaming and ranting argument in under 1 minute. Twenty minutes later, it’s all over and you’d never know it happened. Now, it’s very likely that if either of us took a quiz that centered on disagreements and how they are handled, the end results would be: RUN AWAY! But let me tell you this, after 20 years together, we’re both still very much in love and everyone in our lives knows it! My point here is that while a relationship quiz might be fun to take, don’t call a lawyer, or a preacher, simply because you “passed” or “failed” it. Love is far too complicated to base your future on the results of a relationship quiz. —————————————————————- Brian Fong run the popular quiz site http://www.QuizFaq.com Quiz Faq – Your solutions for the quiz. —————————————————————- Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Brian_Fong http://EzineArticles.com/?What-Does-It-Really-Mean-When-You-Pass-or-Fail-A-Relationship-Quiz?&id=23195 cash advance no credit check no money down construction loans pay day loan no fax business llc payday loan self employed

A Very Good Reason Why You Should Get to Know Your Prospects Well

By Eve Jackson So, you probably know how important marketing is to your business success. But, do you know where to start? Marketing isn’t magic. Nor is it rocket science, but people have spent an awful lot of time figuring out what works and what doesn’t. There’s no point in trying to reinvent the marketing wheel. Any idea you have has probably been done before, and probably more than once too. Now, that’s no insult. It’s simply the truth. Marketing has been around since… well, pretty much since forever. Marketing involves basic premises that have been tested over time, and more than a little common sense. One of those basic premises has to do with your typical client. Who is she or he? And why is it important to know her well? An effective marketing message is written for that typical client. The best copywriting is like a conversation. While you’re writing, picture her sitting in the chair across from you. She doesn’t want to be talked to, does she? She wants to be conversed with. She wants a conversation. In order to do that, you need to know a little about her. In fact, the more you know about her, the better your conversation is. Who do you have better conversations with? Someone you know only a very little about, or your best friend? There are certain instances where it’s vital to know more than just a little about her. Let me show you with an example. A friend of mine and her boyfriend have taken a trip someplace warm for the last three years. Now, they havent always used the same travel agent, but they did use the same one twice, in the first two years. So, the pattern is a trip every year in January or February, smack dab in the middle of the coldest part of our winter. And trust me, it is cold here in winter. I shiver just at the thought Anyway, doesnt it make sense, knowing that these two have taken a trip every year for the last three, that these two might, just maybe take a trip in January or February of 2007? And if you were a travel agent, particularly one of the two that have helped them with their travel plans, doesnt it make sense to send them a short note wishing them a Merry Christmas, and an oh, by the way, theres a seat sale on such and such a date for Cancun. Would you like me to send you some info about it? Sorry for the long-winded sentence. But doesnt it make sense? Does to me. If I was a travel agent, you can bet your bottom dollar Id be betting those two want to go someplace warm this winter. And you can bet your bottom dollar Id find a way to remind them that I helped them get that great trip last year. And while were on the subject, doesnt it make sense to you to send them a short note before their holiday wishing them a good time? Or a short note after their holiday thanking them? Does to me. Know thy prospect. And know her well. ‘Cuz if you know her well, you can have a conversation with her on paper. You’ll know her deepest wants and desires. You’ll know her deepest problem. And you’ll know how to convince her that you hold the solution. She’ll know you can give her exactly what she wants. How Long Will Hell Fire Burn?

By Debra Lohrere The Bible clearly shows us that on the day of judgment at the end of time, the wicked will be punished with Hell Fire. Many Christians believe that this Hell Fire will last forever and that the wicked will be eternally tormented in pain and anguish. Is this really what the Bible shows? Jesus said Matthew 25:41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: He also said John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. In the one verse it would seem that the wicked will live forever in everlasting fire and yet the other verse tells us that only those who belong to Jesus will not perish. This means that wicked will perish. The only conclusion we can come to is that the everlasting fire, is not actually fire that is everlasting, but rather fire which consumes with everlasting consequences. Are there other places in the Bible where it says forever, but the event mentioned has finished? There are actually many examples of this. Just as today people will often say things like The show was so boring it went on forever and It took forever to get the house painted. These same type of expressions were also used in the Bible for events that lasted a long time, but not actually eternally or for events that had everlasting consequences. For example the Bible describes the fire that destroyed Sodom and Gomorrha as eternal fire. Jude 1:7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. This fire is not still burning today. It had eternal consequences, as the cities were forever destroyed and the fire was not extinguished. This fire was allowed to burn until it had consumed everything away and then it went out. This is the same type of fire that death and hell will be thrown into and the same type of Fire from Heaven that will consume the wicked after the judgment. Depending on their sentence they will be either consumed quickly with little pain, or else have to suffer longer for more severe sins. The Bible shows us that they will not live forever burning in Hell, because we are told that they will be as ashes under our feet. Malachi 4:3 And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the LORD of hosts. Many Christians think that Satan will be thrown into eternally burning hell fire and yet the Bible shows that he too will be consumed and will be no more. Ezekiel 28:18-19 Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee. All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more. The Bible further clarifies that fate of the wicked Malachi 4:1 For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. Our awesome and loving God who abounds in mercy is not going to torture and torment the wicked forever and ever in the agony of an eternally burning Hell. He will justly deal with them and they will perish for their sins. For the Wages of Sin are death. Tips to Prevent Adolescence Suicide – Ambiguous Preferences Part-8

By S Kalpna Sharma Lack of cordial relations amongst families is driving my teenagers towards ills and evil way of life My dear Ezine readers, first of all I pray to the almighty to rest the souls of all those adults, adolescence and teenagers who had lost their lives in what I call it a Mad Mans Venture of senseless shooting in Virginia University campus on 17 April 2007. How would you define the above incidence is left to you? While dwelling on the rising occurrences of criminal assaults on unarmed and innocent people, I would also touch up on the Ambiguous Preferences set of my teenagers. The role of society, family and environment in making the future of our teenagers and adolescence directionless is generally attributed to the final Career Preferences Choice (CPC) of parents. I have observed that the present materialistic approach has neither grown teenager to be good citizens nor fine social being. While interacting and discussing teenagers ambition with large number of them, I learnt that: One; nearly 80% teenagers are satisfied what they intent to achieve; Two; over 15% teenagers were found to be hyper ambitious;Three; over 2.8% teenagers were found to be super hyper ambitious. They wanted to achieve what they wish to become; Four; only 2% of them are non concern about their future and ambition; andFive, barely .2% teenagers have reflected timorous, shy and timid approach. How Ezine readers identify themselves with my views is the true matter but how my views would be able to save large numbers of teenagers lives matters most? The readers would agree that we stand united in my mission of preventing adolescence and teenagers from committing suicide and our objectives are to make year 2007 suicide free year. As I discussed about identifying Ambition for a teenager, the parents are requested to analyze Could, Would, Should or Must (CWSM) approach for their teenagers. What I mean with Ambiguous Preferences (AP) is that: One; parents are unable to draw a defined line of choice for their teenagers careers; Two; parents also fail to analyze and examine the capabilities of their teenagers, thus, leaving them without defined line of choice and void to be fulfilled by teenagers. I have observed that most of the teenagers have been going astray and continued to slog for over years to achieve opportunity successes; Three; parents feel more committed in earning their livelihood and providing the comfort, ease and basic happiness amenities to their wards rather than guiding their wards future in correct perspective. It is not as to how much comforts you have provide to your wards; but it matters most as to what guidance and directions you offered them when they needed; Four: both parents and teenagers remain indecisive about their future career selection till they are in 11th/12th standard; and by this time, the time for preparation has already reduced considerably for making groundwork for getting admission in the stream and choice of their career, thus, causing frustration, stress and strain on teenagers, thereby leading and driving them towards suicide when encountered with failures. Five; though professionals like doctors, lawyers, businessmen and others are quite clear as to what they want to make their teenagers; but most of the parents such as government officials, Army and armed forces, paramilitary including state Police officers, juniors commission officers and other ranks relatively remain indecisive as to what should their teenagers do after passing 10th standard? My regular interaction with a large number of couples has revealed that both mother and father have different predilection and choices. The decision of teenagers line of education is being decided by the dominant members in the family. If mother is dominant, than child would be following the line which her/his mother advocates, otherwise he goes with the will of father. This trauma often puts my teenagers under duress, stress and strain. Now days, though large numbers of parent are leaving their teenagers free to select and pursue the line of education of their own choice. Despite of allowing the freedom, in selection of choice of careers to teenagers, Parents by and large do feel the necessity of thinking that theirs wards are still immature in worldly affairs. Whatsoever happens is not the matter; but the blame of failures is generally and always attributed to the mother. I have seen numerous mothers dedicating their lives, only for the sake of their families, but they still get discredited for many avoidable happenings. I also feel such attitude of parent is far from responsible parent. Just by giving freedom of choice does not absolve parents from over all responsibility of guiding their wards career. I, thus, define the Ambiguous Preferences as: The indecisive state of mind of parents in counseling and guiding their teenagers at the most crucial stage of their lifes Decision Making between the age of 13 to 18. My interaction with a large number of parents has further revealed that they generally leave the choice of making decision of their careers to their wards not because the wards are matured enough but due to: One; fear of their wards not accepting their decision, thus, leaning them humiliated or insulted; Two; most of the parents on the pretext of New Generation Theme (NGT) do not whole heartedly commit in educating their teenagers. Whatsoever, decision is taken by teenagers, parents despite having reservation and hesitation do no oppose. Infact parents meekly agree their teenagers decisions only to regret and through blame on their wards. Such parents only support their wards financially in achieving their goal. They generally feel relived of the responsibility of blame of their wards failures; or if wards have gone astray in life. How my readers evaluate the perception needs special mention? Three; often, it is seen that some of the teenagers reflect very dominant and egomaniacal behavior to conceal their errors and thus try to assert their authorities with parents. I would suggest that parents need to maintain a very close interaction and good communication skill to deal with such teenagers; Four; it is witnessed in certain cases that both teenagers and parents are partially responsible for some or the other errors, but teenagers exploit their parents due to one or the other reasons. I suggest that parents should be firm and decide what is good for the teenagers is accepted as gospel; Five; some timid teenagers regularly create fearsome atmosphere at home and outside as well. I suggest that parents should frequently interact with teachers to ascertain their teenagers actual progress and decide their future. Six; in contrast to timid over a percent teenagers are over sensitive. They become Book Worm and develop I named it Parrot Memory Symptom (PMS) Psychic due to which they score very high marks during examination but rarely perform well during competitive examinations. Such teenagers live between True, Virtual and Default Memory Disorder (TVDMD). Though such teenagers possess extremely high knowledge but if they get struck, they take it as a challenge; and fail while trying to solve the problems. My endeavor in understanding the psychic of parents and teenagers above is based on an in depth study. It is also observed that timid and over sensitive teenagers often commit suicide even on very minor irritant of life. Such teenager AP should be guided till the time they select a well defined path in life. I hope that I have driven the issue home in the mind of future and probable parents that it is they have to set the correct course of life of their teenagers and not the other way round. To eliminate the AP syndrome forever, I recommend that; Firstly; parents should select two to three fields of career choices for their teenagers;Secondly; Start preparing your wards immediately after he or she has passed eight standard and entered ninth class;Thirdly; keep frequently reminding you teenagers that which line you prefer and why based on his/her capabilities;Fourthly; regularly judge your teenagers performance to assess his TVDMD state of mind to finally guide his/her career after passing 10th standard;Fifthly; Always give three to four career choices to your teenager and not only one or two choice which parents like;Sixthly; discuss and debate the final choice of career with your wards after passing 10th Standard and also after mid examination of 11th Standard. It would involve all and consensus decision would help your teenagers to prepare well for any challenge to meet;Seventhly; never leave decision to your wards only choice but assist him in making the only choice best from other available career choices;Eighthly; at last I would suggest that parents should make final CPC after debating with in family. Generally involve teacher, self and teenager before divulging the final choice to your ward. If even your ward reflects an iota of doubt please give him liberty to change and not force to follow. I am sure that if parents act with all the above elements in mind and select the CPC with due deliberations and debate no teenagers would commit suicide unless some third factors are imposed on them. I would debate about Third Suicidal Factors (TSF), which have driven quite a few of my teenagers to suicide in the past in my next article. Readers views are solicited at som_kalpna@yahoo.com. How to Cope with a Cheating Spouse?

By Alan Stafford Your spouse has cheated. Its not your imagination: you have proof. You suspected this for quite a while, but now the evidence is siiting there in front of you. Phone records, credit card receipts for gifts and hotel stays, love letters, emails. The thoughts and emotions swirling through your brain are sometimes so overwhelming you feel weak. Sometimes you dont know whether to cry or throw up. You think that no one can understand what youre going through, but the reality is that most of us have been in exactly the same place you are in right now. According to some studies, 60% of married men and 40% of married women have cheated on their spouses at some time. You want it all to go away, but of course it wont. So, what do you do? Get your ducks in a row If your spouse doesnt know that you know, keep quiet for now. Youll want to gather as much physical, irrefutable evidence as you can before any confrontation. Youll need this evidence if you do not want a divorce. So bide your time. The cheater will continue to create evidence for you. A confrontation at this time will be counterproductive. First, the cheater will usually deny everything. Weak evidence will be laughed off. Worse, once youve voiced your suspicions the cheater will try harder to hide his tracks. This will make future evidence gathering extremely difficult. So keep quiet, even though you feel like screaming inside. Continue to gather evidence. The more evidence you have, the less the cheater can stay in denial. If you should decide to divorce, all the evidence can help you get a more favorable settlement. Its almost never forever Keep in mind that most affairs do not last more than a few months. Eventually, your spouse gets as bored with the partner as he did with you. He might have exchanged bed partnes, but he didnt change. The research shows that very few people in affairs end up divorcing their spouses and marrying their lovers. Furthermore, the cheaters that do marry their lovers have an even higher rate of divorce than that of the originally married couples. In other words, affair-driven marriages are uncommon and have a worse success rate. The affair wont last. Now if youre the one being cheated on, this information doesnt seem to do you any good right now. Just know that the affair is temporary, and that you can survive it and still have a happy marriage. So if you want to fightn for your marriage, take these simple steps: 1. Be patient; affairs are generally short lived 2. Gather evidence. When the confrontation comes, you dont want denials; you want confession and remorse. 3. If your spouse is truly contrite, and if you feel that the marriage is more good than bad, consider this a temporary detour in your marriage. If both of you will make the effort, your marriage can be put back on track. 4. You will never forget, nor will he. But, you will need to forgive. Forgive him for his lapse, and forgive yourself for any part you played in the breakdown of the marriage. For the marriage to survive, you must both close this chapter. Put it behind you and be willing to go forward in a fresh start to the rest of your marriage. Forgive yourself first Forgiveness is more for you than it is for him. Carrying this hurt around with you forever is emotionally destructive. It will damage your mental health and limit your relationships from now on. Dont let it. Whether you stay in the marriage or divorce and move on, youre life has changed forever. Close this chapter and dont look back. There is still a lot of your life to live. Make the most of it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dr. Alan Stafford, Relationship Results Coach I help Singles and Couples build relationships that work www.relationshipsuccessexperts.com Click here to ask Alan a question about your biggest relationship issue http://relationshipsuccessexperts.com/askalan.htm Get our free newsletter for relationship tips and advice http://relationshipsuccessexperts.com/subscribe.html 2005 Alan Stafford/Relationship Success Experts ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Alan_Stafford http://EzineArticles.com/?How-to-Cope-with-a-Cheating-Spouse?&id=111667 percentage taken out for taxes on paycheck 1000 cash advance cash installment loan in pennsylvania no doc cash loans
